Do I have to pay to watch content?

ENTERINFI has a mix of both free and premium content across many languages. As a special promotion for the next 6 months, all content on ENTERINFI can be enjoyed without paying any charges. You can watch all our premium content including ENTERINFI Originals, movies and TV shows across many languages free of charge.

On what device can I stream ENTERINFI content?

ENTERINFI currently works on any Android (running 4.1 or later) and iOS (running 9.0 or later) device like your smartphone, tablet/iPad, as well as through our website on your computer desktop and laptops.

Please check if you are using your registered email address or mobile number to login. Also, make sure you are using the correct password. If you cannot log in, try changing your password by following the instructions here (link to forgot password question).  If you are still not able to log in, please contact us and well help you resolve your query.

Can I stream ENTERINFI content on different devices?

When you sign up to ENTERINFI within the promotion period, you can stream using ENTERINFI on unlimited devices.  

How much does a Premium subscription cost?

You can visit our subscription page after the 6 months promotion. Prices will be shared with the audience at that time. We commit to having our prices competitive and affordable for all audiences.

How do I subscribe to ENTERINFI premium content?

Thank you for your interest in subscribing to our Premium content. We shall update the prices after our initial promotion period

How can I watch movies TV shows and other content in regional language?

To view content in your language, please select the titles according to your language preference.

How do I know what content I have to pay for?

Right now, all media content is free to watch for our subscribers during the promotional period.

Can I download any content and watch it offline?

We are currently working on this feature, and shall update you soon.

How can I change the display language to my regional language?

Click on the Translation tab on the top right corner and choose your preferred language.

I am not able to play any content. Need help!

If you can't play any content, follow one or all of the steps below and try again.   1. Check your internet connection.  2. Log out and close the app. Then, reopen the app and log in to your account.  3. Uninstall the app and reinstall it.   NOTE: If you are accessing ENTERINFI on your desktop, please check your internet connection. Then, clear your browser history, cookies and cache. Make sure the browser you're using is up to date. You may also want to try accessing a different browser.   If none of this help, please send us a query using the Contact Us page and we’ll help you resolve your query.

I forgot my password. How do I LOGIN/ CHANGE/ RECOVER?

you have registered using an email address, click on LOGIN, select Login Via Email Id link and then click on Forgot Password. Follow the instructions written to reset the password and continue using ENTERINFI.

Can I change the video quality?

Please note that by default, the video quality is set to "Auto" and ENTERINFI will automatically adjust the quality of the video depending on your internet connection speed. So, you can simply sit back and enjoy the video in the best quality every time!
